For a couple of months, the SafeSize team has been working on a pilot project with Xebio, one of the largest sports retailers in Japan. End of November 15 SC7s scanners were shipped and mid-December a delegation of the SafeSize team travelled to Japan to kick-off the pilot phase with Xebio Sports. The main objective was to train their 1st line support and store staff to become confident to use SafeSize’s systems and processes. SafeSize also organized and performed a fitting test to collect important feedback on local personal fit preferences so it can tailor its fitting algorithm even better to Japanese needs.
The pilot was a great success and led to the partnership with Xebio going forward that entails the roll-out of the SafeSize solution at all its stores and online. This new relation strengthens SafeSize’s global customer footprint and enables it to further enhance its algorithms.
